Medicare supplement insurance plans*, Policy Forms:  3AA series or 340 series (or state variations).  In Idaho, Plans 340, 344, 342, 345 and 346.

Short-Term convalescent care insurance plan**, Policy Forms: 4ST (or state variations)
(This is a limited benefit health insurance plan, which provides short term convalescent care. It is not intended to provide long term care benefits.)

  • Issue ages of 45-80
  • Shorter benefit periods than long-term care
  • Facilities covered include short-term convalescent care facility, assisted living and nursing home

Hospital and Acute Recovery Care Indemnity insurance plan**, Policy Forms:  4HP (or state variations).  Idaho Policy Form:  4HP(ID)

  • Issue ages of 45-80
  • Benefit period of 180 days per confinement
  • Facilities covered include hospital, assisted living or long term care

Life Insurance for Seniors, Policy Forms:  L9120F, CSA, CSB, L9200F, L9170F (or state variations).  Idaho Policy Form:  L900F12.
