At the AIG Companies, we believe that a job is more than a place to earn a paycheck. It should be part of a larger vision which motivates you to come to work every day and inspires you to grow with the organization. It should be part of a career. That's why we believe in fostering employee career growth--tracking employee progress, training staff in new and valuable market skills, and hiring internally whenever possible. Throughout the organization's history, our employees have forged impressive career paths through hard work, ingenuity, and outstanding performance.
As an employee of one of the AIG Companies, the following career development resources are available:
Performance Appraisals:
An opportunity for two-way discussion between managers and employees--as well as a chance to review accomplishments and set business objectives and goals for skill improvement over the coming year.

Tuition Reimbursement: Reimbursement for job-related classes/education, as outlined in the tuition reimbursement guidelines.
